Black Women Golfers California is a California-based organization dedicated to expanding golf participation and building community among Black women golfers.
We welcome members and supporters who share our passion for golf, community building, and creating inclusive spaces where Black women can thrive on and off the course.
Through events, mentorship, and leadership opportunities, we're creating a legacy of excellence and sisterhood in California golf.
To promote golf participation among Black women in California through community building, mentorship, leadership development, and the creation of inclusive spaces. We are committed to expanding opportunities for Black women golfers while maintaining the highest standards of organizational integrity through bylaws-based governance.
Our organization operates under a clear, transparent governance structure defined by our bylaws. This ensures accountability, fairness, and democratic decision-making at all levels of leadership.

President & Founder
Ladi Holmes is the Founder and President of Black Women Golfers California, launched in 2022 to create a welcoming space for novice and beginner golfers. She is passionate about expanding access to golf and helping more women, especially Black women, build confidence on the course. Through community events, clinics, and partnerships, Ladi continues to grow a supportive network where women can connect, develop their skills, and enjoy the game together.
Vice President
ML Majick Fuller is a business owner and community-centered leader known for her vision, professionalism, and strong presence. As Vice President of Black Women Golfers California, she is committed to expanding opportunities, strengthening the organization, and uplifting Black women through golf. A beginner golfer herself, Majick embraces the game with enthusiasm and humility, showing that growth, confidence, and excellence are available to every woman who steps onto the course. Her leadership is rooted in collaboration, empowerment, and building a legacy that inspires future generations.
Treasurer
Katrina Pipkin is a Radiation Therapist and proud native of Shreveport, Louisiana. Her background in healthcare and lifelong commitment to service reflect a deep passion for helping others and strengthening community. As Treasurer of Black Women Golfers California, she brings professionalism, heart, and a strong belief in the power of golf as a strategic networking tool. Katrina is passionate about creating opportunities for women to connect, grow, and thrive both on and off the course.
Secretary
Donna Jones is a passionate educator and community leader with 26 years of experience inspiring elementary students. As Secretary of Black Women Golfers California, she is dedicated to expanding diversity in golf while supporting scholarships and programs that empower youth and strengthen communities. Donna brings creativity, compassion, and a spirit of service to everything she does. She combines her love for education, community outreach, writing, music, and meaningful connection to help create opportunities for students, families, and the broader community.
